Hi, we recently ran into an issue where some code doing instance equality checks like

if (elementType == Types.BOOLEAN) {...)

(e.g.

Types#PRIMITIVE_ARRAY

) did not work as expected. Problem was that the var elementType was serialized/deserialized (because part of the jobgraph) and then checked against the

constants which ended up being false despite being the actual same type. I was wondering if we did something that's not supported and not supposed to happen with flink or if whether instance equality checks should be avoided for these constants and prefer equals or possibly if BasicTypeInfo/SqlTimeTypeInfo/... should implement

readResolve

to have a chance to return these constants when deserializing them?
