Hi team, I have a question about the max parallelism config of the autoscaler. In the “Advanced config parameters” section, it mentions that “Maximum parallelism change when scaling down”. However, I remember the Production Readiness Checklist mentioned that “There is currently no way to change the maximum parallelism of an operator after a job has started without discarding that operators state.“. Are these two statement conflicting with each other? Or they are talking about different things?
