You can troubleshoot this by checking the watermarks tab on the Flink UI. Basically even though you might have events that fall in that window in order for the window to "close" and actually emit results it needs to wait until your specified interval passes. For example here you specify a 2 days window and a watermark of 2 minutes. This means that the timestamp of the watermark you see on the flink web ui needs to be > of your window closing time + the bounded our of orderness interval.
