Does anyone else notice that their jobs sporadically don't have any busyTimeMsPerSecond metrics for some vertices. This causes the k8s operator to not be able to autoscale the job. Have to delete the flinkdeployment and redeploy with initialSavepointPath a couple of times to get it to work
