By default, Flink JDBC Connector performs UPSERT/DELETE based on the Primary Key defined. For Postgres, it used "ON CONFLICT UPDATE". Is it possible to avoid any UPDATE if the Primary key matches? Something Like "ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING"
