Trying to understand how the

setGobalJobParameters

works for a keyed stream. I set my global job params to the

ParameterTool

that has my params. Then in my keyed process function on open I have

open(Configuration params)

are those globalJobParameters available from the Configuration? or do I still have to pass them through the constructor?
