i'm trying to do some learning by loading up some csv files into some tables, but i am getting this error:

Could not find any factory for identifier 'filesystem' that implements 'org.apache.flink.table.factories.DynamicTableFactory' in the classpath.

, which seems odd because the docs say "Flink has built-in support for the file system of the local machine, including any NFS or SAN drives mounted into that local file system. It can be used by default without additional configuration. Local files are referenced with the file:// URI scheme."
