If I understand correctly, you can use ResultTypeQueryable on a Source to indicate, for instance, that your DATE field in the produced RowData is a sql Date or an int. And you can also control the type used by a UDF through type parameters of explicit hints. But what about sink functions? Is there a way to express on a custom table sink that I want a java.sql.Date instead of a LocalDate?
