Hi I ran apache flink on windows single machine using cygwin (for poc purposes). I submited my pipeline jar file in the management UI. The jar marked as running. But available slots are 0 and also task manager list is empty. After few minutes i recive this exception: org.apache.flink.runtime.taskexecutor.exceptions.RegistrationTimeoutException: Could not register at the ResourceManager within the specified maximum registration duration PT5M. This indicates a problem with this instance. Terminating now. I tried to change numberOfTaskSlots and memory in yaml file. But its the same. Any idea? Thanks!!!

It sounds like you didn't have any task managers running. How did you launch the cluster?

I ran these commands in cygwin, as suggeated online: cd; pwd export SHELLOPTS set -o igncr cd C:\flink-1.17.1 ./bin/start-cluster.sh
