Hi team we want to read data using kafka consumer with a delay of X hours i.e if the producer has published the event at Tth hour. It should be read by consumer only after (T+X) hour. Is there some sort of provisioning for this in current flink-connector-kafka (flink version: 1.17.1)?

You can't do it in the consumer. But you can create a custom operator that follows the Kafka source operator, batch records there and emit them according to a timer.
