Hi, in the context of the flink-kubernetes-operator: I would assume that the operator pod system environments would be forwarded / available to the FlinkSessionJob job execution, but that doesn't seem the case for instance: I can see that setting

in helm chart works when exec'ing to the pod but doesn't seem to exist when jar is executed by operator (on the JVM) Perhaps system environment variables the jobManager would be available? will start reading into the operator code but any hints or examples of common patterns of passing environment variables to job jarUri? i.e. the use case here is having an http url as an argument to a runner, and the http requires an auth header
