Apache Flink

hi team,
I am trying to run a set up  TableEnvironment locally, and it is failing with the following exception:
`Exception in thread "main" org.apache.flink.table.api.ValidationException: Could not find any factories that implement 'org.apache.flink.table.delegation.ExecutorFactory' in the classpath.`

My gradle dependency is
```implementation 'org.apache.flink:flink-table-api-java-bridge:1.16.1'
implementation group: 'org.apache.flink', name: 'flink-table-api-java', version: '1.16.1'
implementation group: 'org.apache.flink', name: 'flink-connector-jdbc', version: '1.16.1'
implementation group: 'org.postgresql', name: 'postgresql', version: '42.5.4'
implementation 'org.apache.flink:flink-java:1.16.1'
implementation 'org.apache.flink:flink-jdbc_2.12::1.6.4'
implementation 'org.apache.flink:flink-clients:1.16.1'```
Appreciate any advice

I was able to resolve this with the following addition in the Gradle dependency
```implementation group: 'org.apache.flink', name: 'flink-table-runtime', version: '1.16.1'
implementation group: 'org.apache.flink', name: 'flink-table-planner-loader', version: '1.16.1'```
