05/04/2023, 6:08 PMHi, We are using kubernetes operator for deployment, and we want to restore from the savepoint on new deployment(recreates the deployment). we are using custom sources and snapshoting the state, the checkpoints and savepoints are getting created in s3, but for restore we tried by using upgradeMode as "savepoint" but its not working. Using flink1.16.0.

05/05/2023, 5:49 AMFor the initial startup the upgrade mode doesn't matter. Did you provide the initialSavepointPath parameter?

05/05/2023, 6:00 AMeverytime we create a new build, we are recreating the deployment and a new job is getting created with new jobId, we want to restore from the old savepoint before the build. Build process is automated, we want to know if any way to restore from old savepoint instead of giving it manually.

05/05/2023, 7:57 AMYou need a way to find the old savepoint. Either extract it from the status of the old deployment or find it on durable storage.
