04/21/2023, 7:38 AMI saw the description on doc of Known Issues & Limitations, it says "The HA solution can benefit form using additional Standby replicas, it will result in a faster recovery time, but Flink jobs will still restart when the Leader JobManager goes down." Did it be different from Flink K8s Native?
