Can you check that your ZK is fully running? Is that address listed available and listening?

It is fully running but still getting the issue

can you restart the zk process?

we tried it couple of times.

I would stop everything. Make sure no PIDs are hanging around and execute a Kill against them if they are. It looks like an issue with ZK. Is there anything additional in the logs of coordinator or overlord? The log snippet you posted seems to be from ZK and it appears to be having an issue in getting a quorum

Hi @Ian Roberts this issue is resolved. We had configured zookeeper in master node and due to a config issue, master node was not able to start. Once the config issue is resolved, nodes are able to register with ZK
