This just seems like the middle manager shutting down its task management executors. Do you see any other symptom too?

No, it did made me pause and look in a wrong direction when I was trying to figure out why middle manager was not restarting tasks (which was unrelated, and due to my misconfiguration)

Oh, cool. Yeah, some of these logs show up from time to time when services shut down their executors. I suppose we should ensure that they are logged more cleanly and don't raise false alarms. Please let us know if you encounter any other issue. 🙂
