As per my understanding, the information should have been deleted from the INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES by themselves. Are there any segments for the deleted datasource that are still present in the cluster? And if it’s not a hassle, can you try restarting the cluster to check if the INFORMATION_SCHEMA gets refreshed?

do you see any segments for this datasource in

sys.segments

? generally datasources disappear from

INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES

once the last available segment goes away
