12/02/2024, 3:53 PMHey, there is this issue regarding javascript engine in regards of JDK17+. I'd like to hear from you on your stance about it.
https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/14795 - this PR proposed using Nashorn standalone (not compatible with JDK < 11). Since the JDK17 is recommended, least change there should be is to update documentation.
