Is it possible to add current timestamp column in druid kafka streaming ingestion task so that there is information when row was ingested?

Not really. You can add the kafka timestamp, which will show when it was inserted into the kafka topic. Having an "ingested at" timestamp is problematic as it would make the ingestion non-idempotent.
