{Query Priority}
Hi folks, when working with query-laning (hilo) and query prioritization:
• Query priority is adjusted based on the the provided conditions
• Query lane is assigned based on the value of the query priority.
My questions were:
1. Does the query priority in the query context get passed onto the historicals?
2. If the historical processing threadpool is occupied by low-lane queries, will it give priority to a high-priority query if it comes into the historical threadpool and is waiting for a processing thread?

AFAIK, while the historical is working, it always do it job on a segment basis, so it would pause the execution for the low priority only after finishing the current in-processing segment

according to ~ 4mb of code and google gemini that's what will happen
but druid code is too big to do a really good investigation. if latency is really important it's prob. better to use the tiers instead of hi/lo
