I'm trying to execute a SELECT query using the HTTP API, following this example: https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/api-reference/sql-api#sample-request. This example shows the result containing a list of fields/types, and then a JSON record representing the row. But when I run it, all I get is:

{"taskId":"query-request02","state":"RUNNING"}

If anyone has any clues or hints, I would be very grateful. Thank you!

That response seems to indicate it's being submitted to

druid/v2/sql/task

and creating an msq job rather than

druid/v2/sql

for a normal query.
