Hello guys! I was wondering if any of the Druid services besides middle manager could be extended to using AWS Spot instances?

It's generally not recommended. Losing a node will not cause an outage, but can degrade performance. In addition, every time a data node (historical) is started it's going to load segments from deep storage, so the added cost of segment transfer will offset any savings of spot instances.
