Is there a way to configure rack awareness in kafka ingestion?

Looks like kafka rack awareness is not supported yet. Found below document AWS MSK(managed service or kafka) https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/big-data/reduce-network-traffic-costs-of-your-amazon-msk-consumers-with-rack-awareness/ You could try to pass these consumer properties in kafka ingestion spec and experiment with it.
