Apache Druid

We had this problem, you need to ingest in your timezone and it will roll up to midnight of your timezone.

```dataSchema.granularitySpec.segmentGranularity: {
    "timeZone": "CST6CDT"
}```
for example

```     "granularitySpec": {
        "rollup": true,
        "queryGranularity": "day",
        "segmentGranularity": "day",
        "timeZone": "Asia/Seoul"
      },```
I have an ingestion spec as above. Seems query queryGranularity show as UTC
I guess I can only set queryGranularity as `hour` to handle local timezone.

i could not find this on official documents but on git.
