Hi, I wrote a PR to add a tiny logging feature to the S3 extension, but I'm really struggling to get it tested in a test environment. I was wondering if I could at least get a set of eyes on my draft to see if it makes sense or if there's changes I should make before getting a bunch of S3 stuff set up to test the change. (Normally I use it at work, so I don't really have to worry about the details of S3) Am I on the right track for this PR? https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/15986
