I copied the
payload
from the Development View in Chrome for the working SQL query in the Router, at localhost:8888
Copy code
curl --location '<http://localhost:8888/druid/v2/sql>' \
--header 'Cookie: session=eyJsb2NhbGUiOiJlbiJ9.Za6DBQ.faVXUgFs1VF8cN0NE_cJ7rdGJ6A' \
--data '{"query":"--SELECT\n-- channel,\n --COUNT(*)\n--FROM \"wikipedia\"\n--GROUP BY channel\n--ORDER BY COUNT(*) DESC\nselect * from wikipedia\n","resultFormat":"array","header":true,"typesHeader":true,"sqlTypesHeader":true,"context":{"sqlOuterLimit":1001,"sqlQueryId":"a59b2ae2-73ca-42bb-bb42-62e777441ede"}}'
Okay, this works:
curl --location --request POST '<http://localhost:8888/druid/v2/sql>' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--data-raw '{"query":"SELECT * FROM wikipedia LIMIT 10"}'
so now back to what Postman is doing to my request. So NEVER MIND...

Just as an explanation. The
router
based URL is only visible from within the docker compose pods. Docker compose exposes the router port 8888, on
localhost
. Glad you found the solution.
