How about a regular BETWEEN clause?
(where) time_field between '2024-01-01' and '2024-01-02'
Traditionally the problem with BETWEEN clause is that it includes both endpoints ... possibly you could use that quirk to your advantage here?

and
<=
explicitly might be more clear to someone looking at the query or maintaining it? Otherwise they have to go look up how
between
works... 🤠

Thanks guys. I tried increasing the end interval by 1 milli second so that actual end interval is included with
TIME_IN_INTERVAL
function.
