Hi! I checked the network stack and the source code, and it turns out that the console feature to convert index parallel query to MSQE Query is something being done on the frontend directly, without any API Call. Thanks for your answer though!

@Utkarsh Chaturvedi interesting, when you say "front end" what do you mean? If you have an area of the source code you're seeing this transformation being done, I'd be interested in knowing where that is, I have the source downloaded from Git. Nice job researching this!

The function is being called directly from the panel where the ingestion spec is being added post submit.
