That's because 28.0.0 doesn't exist yet 😄 or was 28 just a typo? We've put together a compose for local testing that is configured to work with 27.0.0 if you want to give it a shot. It comes with a data generator, kafka and jupyter notebooks with many examples. We've configured it such that all the examples are functional at this scale.
