HI Jaswanth, OSS Druid is community supported, through this and other forums (see https://druid.apache.org/community/), so you can search through them to look for any issues others have run across that might be relevant to your use case. There may be a few companies out there that provide production level support for OSS Druid ... also Imply (founded by the creators of Druid) provides a commercial supported implementation of Druid as well as a full SaaS version.
