Hello - there was an issue a while ago where MSQ queries were taking a long time to plan https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/14123 - if this sounds like your issue it might have been fixed in v26

I was testing the sample paylod given in the document. I don't think the above is my issue. This is a straight fotward ingestion request.

How many worker slots do you have available? With

"maxNumTasks":3

it will need 4 slots in order to start, one for the controller and 3 for the workers.

I'm having 16 , let me check by pausing some of the ingestions in Dev.
