Try "2023-01-31T1800000Z/2023-03-31T1800000Z" ... not sure if this will help, but I noticed your time interval did not match the normal specs (three zeros in front of the 'Z', and the end time is excluded so you state the beginning of the next period)

I bet it's got something to do with the

. Maybe try something similar but using
