Hi Pramod - can you share some info / logs / use case, I'm generally supportive, but looking at it makes me wonder if there's a configuration issue

I know people only normally put together a PR if they've exhausted most options, so, I think it will help to share notes on the things you tried, the config setting, any recordings/traces/flamegraphs/logs that highlight the issue

I've added couple comments for areas that stand out, but I'm not super familiar with much of the code.

esp the semantics of the single thread guaranteeing ordering of operations looks risky to me
