kerberos is used for security is clustered setup. Can you paste the kafka config options you entered in Druid?. This error is coming from kafka. Also try using the kafka console consumer and connect to the same topic using the same config as you entered in Druid. If the console consumer cannot connect then Druid also cannot

thanks for your help , it was because of user and permissions , after re applying it issue got fixed. 🙂
