The most difficult challenge is stakeholder management As a PM you will be working with engineering design analytics business legal and who not to move the metrics you own The biggest challenge would be to bring the conflicting stakeholders on the same page and align them to move forward Talking in terms of the metrics the respective stakeholders look at why the problem statement is important to them also and how it can improve their life would help you move forward

No common answer for this It is PM to PM specific I can share what I used to miss in my early PM career and how my manager helped me fix it I used to get very overwhelmed by hearing the point of views of each stakeholder and the thing kept on extending the decision making time period My manager suggested that I create a framework or define criteria to make that decision and then fill the inputs from user data user study and business insights from these different stakeholders and make a decision Also document each and every small thing Helps in long run when looking back why we made a call
