Back on this one : when using custom destination images, it seems that we are then unable to use a normalization image due to <https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/blob/b9720d12134d8671c5bccc0056720d0b0afa1ea9/airbyte-workers/src/main/java/io/airbyte/workers/normalization/NormalizationRunnerFactory.java#L22-L36|this static mapping>.  Could it be possible, when adding a new custom destination, to have the ability to add a normalization image?
