I have the following problem I am using full refresh with overwrite to copy a table from BigQuery to Postgresql however every time I do sync I am getting no permission to the table
Copy code
SELECT relname, relacl FROM pg_class WHERE relname = 'my_table';
        relname        | relacl
-----------------------+--------
 my_table |
although my_user has read permission, once I manually give permission to my_user to read all tables
Copy code
SELECT relname, relacl FROM pg_class WHERE relname = 'my_table';
        relname        |                                      relacl
-----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 my_table | {airbyteuser=arwdDxt/airbyteuser,"\"my_user\"=r/airbyteuser"}
(1 row)
I can see the table, but ONCE I do
sync
again the story repeats. Is there way to avoid this?

Hi Aleksandar, this does look like a permissions issue. Did you follow all these prerequisites? https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/sources/bigquery#requirements https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/destinations/postgres#prerequisites
a
Yes, I did so. My new airbyte_user can access the database the problem is that every time I do full refresh this user creates new database that my other users cannot access unless I do not give them permission after each full refresh.

Ah, I see! I've never run into this before, so perhaps there is something missing in your configuration. Are you using roles? I found this post and thought it might be helpful: https://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/221209/grant-all-on-all-tables-in-schema-does-not-allow-user-to-see-tables

Ah, I see! Could you please create an issue on GitHub for this

Thank you, I'll work on replicating this!
