in table

. According to my data, there are nearly 90% ingested data that lost its

custom fields

You need to set up your connector correctly including those fields in

additional_fields

@Chen Huang can you provide me more information? I cannot find

additional_fields

configurations in connector settings, as well as in connection configurations. The below image is the custom fields I referred to. For example, let’s consider the field

, there are nearly 90% rows in

issues

table, that do not have this field (the actual data on JIRA always has this field).

That's actually in an older version of connector. I see in the new code, they pass in "*all". Either you try the new connector, or you contact Atlassian why this param doesn't return custom fields.
