Tried 2 ways to connect to vendor’s AWS hosted RDS postgres using airbyte OS and cloud. Both failed in different ways: FAILED TO FETCH SCHEMA. ERROR: non-json response OS: 0.40.17 Whitelisted local IP. First attempt to connect worked and displayed public schema. Went back and added new schema explicitly. Received error above when setting up connection. Total table size in schema may be large. Got the server logs and docker logs for worker (see attached at 17:20+). Are there any other troubleshooting tips or logs? MESSAGE: HikariPool-1 - Connection is not available, request timed out after 10001ms. Cloud: 0.40.23 Whitelisted 3 IPs from docs (later realized there are 8 so need to re-test). Enabled SSL require. Received error above when testing source. I don’t see any available logs in this case. Appreciate any help!

Hi Arthur! Thanks for your patience - I was out last week for the holidays and am catching up with messages now. Here are a few things that immediately come to mind: 1. Your Airbyte version is quite behind. Could you update it? 2. The Slack channel and forum are for OSS users/issues only. If you've got issues with your Cloud instance, please reach out to support within it!

Yes i'll update and retry, as well as funnel the issues correctly! (rookie mistake)
I updated airbyte following the instructions (git pull). on my mac it now shows 0.40.27, on my pc which is where i need it to be updated it still shows 0.40.17. Any idea why that would occur?

Could you please clarify what environment Airbyte is running on the PC? If the mac is irrelevant, let's disregard it in favor of avoiding confusion. Are you using WSL2?
