Anyone here has setup the Zendesk Support connector and faced issues with the incremental streams actually doing a full refresh? Current hypothesis is that for some streams (the ones working) they do increments as expected due to their cursor_field being the correct data type (timestamp) but others failing do not (integer, string).

Which streams are failing for you right now and what error do you observe?

Hello @Rajesh Koilpillai • in the
Klaviyo -> BigQuery
connector
events
stream the cursor field
'timestamp'
seems to be an
INTEGER
whereas all other streams that are working incrementally are of type
TIMESTAMP

Can you share the sync logs with errors? I didn’t find any issue in Github related to Klaviyo connector.

@Marcos Marx (Airbyte) the thing is there's no error, it just acts as if it is a full-refresh and reads all the records
I'll share a log just in case!
The only thing I noticed among the streams that worked and those that didn't was that the ones that didn't always had some different data type, while the ones working were always timestamps
I'm curious if the existing comparisons take this into account (for the cursor_date), as comparing a date that is really a string to a date would make sense that somehow a full refresh is done

@Marcos Marx (Airbyte) any ideas on how I could better verify if this is indeed an issue with the connector?

Sorry the delayed replied here Kevin. I was on PTO, did you find the solution to your problem?
