hi 👋 i successfully set up a self-hosted Airbyte instance and everything worked like a charm. ~24 hours later, i keep getting this 500 Error 
Internal Server Error: Duplicate key
. tried restarting the container, then deleting & reinstalling the container, and i keep getting the same error. any pointers on how i might resolve this?
i followed this to start over and i have a working setup again. seems this issue has been popping up over the past couple weeks

Hey Roberto! Glad you got it working and thanks for linking to the thread - if you've got time, could you create a GitHub issue detailing your setup and what went wrong? It would be super useful to keep a record of this and then hopefully narrow down the cause. Thanks so much!

spoke too soon 😞 the same issue is repeating, again after ~24 hours of setting up my initial instance
in the connection i set up, which was running perfectly, i'm now getting this error message: 
Additional Failure Information: Failed to obtain accessToken using refresh token. {"data":null,"error":"invalid_grant","code":null,"message":"The provided grant or refresh token is invalid.","success":false,"headers":null}

yesterday, i saw that in the tab i'd left open, and when i tried to navigate to a different page or reload the page from scratch altogether, i was met with the sad octopus 😢
@Nataly Merezhuk (Airbyte) i'm also going to be OOO for the rest of the week, but i can create a github issue next week! 🙏
(first i'll try following the Apple Silicon instructions to confirm that's not the root cause, since you confirmed we should be following those instructions still!)
