Hi team! Despite my best efforts, I'm still unable to update a custom connector in my prod instance of Airbyte. We're on 0.40.23, so https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/19637 should be fixed by now. But when trying to update a connector that works locally, I get the Internal Server Error: Get Spec job failed. The connector works though, and the image docker appears to be found... Is this an issue on Airbyte's side, or am I missing something?

Any other leads @Marcos Marx (Airbyte)?

Can you check the logs of the spec job at all? You should be able to see the logs of the actual job in the worker, but it might be good to look at the actual spec job docker container and see if it had any problems spinning it up.
a
this is what the logs look like. you can search "create_custom" if you want to catch the error
e
This looks like it could maybe be your issue...

Wherever you're running Airbyte it doesn't have access to the internet, so I don't know if it can reach
<http://hub.docker.com|hub.docker.com>
to get your connector.
a
that seems absurd. I can update connectors, and get data from APIs...
e
That does seem a bit confusing. I'm definitely just taking a shot in the dark.
a
plus, as shown above, I DO manage to pull the image
solved. it turned out to be an issue of compatiblity between my computer and Airbyte. building the docker image with
--platform linux/amd64
fixed the issue

@Alexandre Chouraki Thanks so much! I had the same issue and been trying for days.
