Hi everyone 🙂 just installed airbyte on local RHEL with docker compose. When trying to create connection from
Oracle DB
to
postgres
(greenplum to be more precise), we can see the UI table "Activate the streams you want to sync" with database tables in
Oracle DB
but when selecting one and set up connection we get
Copy code
The connection tests failed.
non-json response
We managed to setup
Microsoft SQL Server
source to the same destination
postgres/oracle
and its working fine. Any help?
actually found out from dev console that this is due to Status Code: 413 Request Entity Too Large, any help how to fix this in ningx?

@Juho Kolmonen today Airbyte has some limitation about the message body size when reading a large schema. A workaround is create a user with more restricted permissions if your schema has a lot of tables and selecting them don’t work.

Hi, found an answer to this -> we were using local installation with basic auth. After changing the
client_max_body_size
parameter in https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/blob/master/airbyte-proxy/nginx-auth.conf.template it worked. Seems like it have been fixed also in prod/github yesterday.
