👋 Hello Everyone! Jerri here from the Community Assistance Team (CAT) with some reminders, tips, and upcoming notices for everyone:
1. Questions are encouraged in all channels to engage with other community members! However, if you need help directly from the CAT, the best place to post your question is in the
#C021JANJ6TY channel.
◦ We try to get back to everyone within a
couple of hours, but for various reasons responses may take longer; we appreciate your patience and assistance to make the community a better place for everyone.
2. CAT currently only operates during Airbyte business hours:

Monday through Friday, 6AM to 6PM Pacific Time, excluding Company Holidays.
◦ Slack questions (and Github Issues and Pull Requests, as well as posts to our discussion forum) posted outside of these hours will be responded to as quickly as possible during business hours.
3. Please do take a moment to read our
Community Code of Conduct! It never hurts to review, it doesn’t take very long, and it goes a long way to improving our community interactions for everyone.
4. Check out our Office Hours, but not this week!
◦ This week, Wednesday November 30th, the Community Assistance Team is doing some internal team work around our current processes and procedures. No office hours, and responses on Wednesday may be delayed. We’re working to make things better, we promise!
