Hey team - Just setup Airbyte, and I am trying to configure my first connection. I’m trying to connect to a Salesforce sandbox environment and I am getting this error :

The connection tests failed.
'An error occurred: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"expired access/refresh token"}'

Any guidance on how to reset the refresh token?

yes, I’ve searched Slack and it seems like others have had the issue, but I don’t see a clear resolution

Hi @Carolina Buckler, are you using a custom domain with Salesforce? Could you please double check that you're using the correct tokens? I know it sounds silly, but I know a few users have made that mistake before.

we do have a custom domain, but it can be accessed through test.salesforce.com
