I plan to deploy an airbyte to AWS. I have a couple customers, I will extract data on behalf of them. Should I create a workspace for each customer or use the same workspace for all customers? I saw workspace is available under the API, but not the UI. Thanks.

Hey you can use the same workspace and create multiple connections

Thank you, is it a recommended practice to create one workspace for each customer? Our customers don’t have the access to the UI nor the API, (according to the Elastic license)
I saw that logs are segregated by workspace.

Got it if it is just handling through API yeah I think it would be a good practice to seperate it by workspace
Also this is considered hoping each company has more than 100 + connections
Otherwise I think it would just become a overhead

Got it, we will build an api, and our customers will use it to setup a connection, so airbyte’s api is used indirectly, the destination is always our site, it looks similar to Faros.
But we plan to use Airbyte UI for our internal Support team. How do I switch the workspace?
supports use it to contact our engineers — “hey, why shopify extract takes so long, here is the logs”

I don't think as of right now it is supported. But we could have it soon

look forward to it, I saw it’s available in airbyte cloud, it’s a dropdown, and we could pick a work-space. Thank you.
