Hi there, very promising tool 🙏 . From the screenshots, it seemed like I can use any singer taps? But from what I can tell it only has 3 integrations. How does one go about adding more from singer?

Hi Fei, Airbyte ships with some out-of-the-box sources and destinations. As you noted, there are currently 3 supported taps out of the box, and our focus over the next few weeks will be to add a large number of new sources out of the box. If you’d like to use a Singer tap (or any data source) that isn’t supported out of the box in your own Airbyte deployment, you can use the Custom Connectors feature that we recently announced which allows you to add any integration you need, as long as it is published as a Docker image which conforms with the Airbyte Spec. Also, if you’d like to contribute your Singer-based source back to Airbyte to be offered as an out of the box source, the process for creating an Airbyte Source out of a Singer tap is documented here — this process guides you through using the helpers we offer for rapidly making an Airbyte source out of a Singer tap. It’s helpful to follow this process even if you don’t end up contributing back to the core Airbyte library, as it contains a lot of helpers that reduce the effort needed to add a Singer tap to Airbyte. The process is in the early stages, but the goal is to make it as easy as possible to create an Airbyte source from a Singer tap. Is there a particular tap you’d like to integrate with for you to leverage Airbyte? Your input can help us prioritize which taps to add out of the box

Thanks for responding @s. Yes, I’m mostly interested in snapchat and pinterest at the moment. Also Amazon seller central data.

wow, that would be amazing to have them out of the box on Airbyte 🙂!
