Hi everyone, my name is Khoi from Melbourne Australia. I just tried out Airbyte to sync postgres from remote to local, which works great. The tables are prefix with public. though. Not sure how to get rid of it though, does anyone has the same issue?

Another Aussie 🙂
From my experience with AB so far, you cant adjust the output names. It just does a one to one replica including the schema name.
I know for the MSSQL source, using version 0.1.5 takes just the table names, whereas 0.1.6 adds the schema too.

I think there is plan to allow for this, though I dont know for certain. Perhaps @s or @John (Airbyte) can provide further

Can I say I'm an Aussie cousin? (born in and currently living in New Caledonia)

It is in our backlog to offer something like that. Ideally what kind of experience would you want?

id love the ability to simply rename the destination table name when you setup the sync the first time.
