@John (Airbyte) is there any option to give a limited user access to airbyte dashboard so user can come & setup their pipeline but can not access other part?

Can you explain your usecase and what problem you're trying to solve?

well, I want to setup a pipeline in between shopify / woocommerce (source) to postgress (destination) for multiple clients. I want to give option to clients where they can setup their postgress or sync time. I know I can use Airbyte APIs, but it is under development.

So I can allow clients to setup their connect easily with a limited access to dashboard

So you would be using our API for that.
That's what we call the "Powered by Airbyte" use case, which is actually used quite a lot.
You are in full control of your UI, so you can offer our connectors right from your platform, and you use our API and connectors as white-labeled

So @John (Airbyte) APIs ready to use in production? It was written that APIs might change in future.

we will continue to iterate on the API while the API is not 1.0 but its structure wont change so much
