Hello! If the company is highly into GCP, is Airbyte a great choice for Data Ingestion? Does Google have it's own Data Ingestion tool?

I wouldn't say Google has an all in one "EL" application like stitch, fivetran, or now airbyte. They have tools like Dataflow, Storage Transfer Service, BigQuery Data Transfer Service, Transfer Appliance, etc, but nothing as comprehensive as these ingestion tools. Airbyte is a great choice for data ingestion into the GCP platform. It's supported in Cloud and you can choose to just land all of your data as blobs and utilize something like dbt to merge data into your models via the COPY command.
